Annual Approval Fee

The Annual Approval Fee is set at £850 per annum, invoiced in August. However, certain exceptions apply:

  • EPA-only centres
  • Centres with an annual expenditure exceeding £10,000 (includes qualification and EPA)
  • Centres in their first year of approval
  • For schools delivering secondary education to learners aged 14 to 18, the annual fee is reduced to £350

Cohort Fees

Centres providing Level 4 & 5 Non-medical Aesthetic qualifications will have a minimum cohort fee of £600. In instances where the student numbers for examination fall short of the set minimum fee, the difference will be invoiced to meet the £600 threshold.

Should you have any queries or require further clarification on the fee changes outlined above, please do not hesitate to contact us. We value your support and understanding as we work to maintain the quality of service provided by our centre.
