At VTCT Skills and ITEC, we continuously review our fees and charges to ensure they remain fair, competitive, and reflective of the high-quality products and services we provide. Our pricing structure is designed to uphold our commitment to excellence while maintaining affordability for our valued customers. In 2025/26, we have implemented a small increase in our qualification fees.

Annual Approval Fee

The Annual Approval Fee is set at €950 per annum, invoiced in August. However, certain exceptions apply:

  • Centres with an annual expenditure exceeding €10,000
  • Centres in their first year of approval
  • For centres defined as schools by the Education Act 1997 delivering secondary education to learners aged 14 to 18, the annual fee is €450.

 

Cohort Fees

For all Ireland ITEC centres we have a minimum cohort fee of €900. The fee for ITEC qualifications is based on the requirement for a practical examination. Your centre will be invoiced for the difference between your booking and the minimum cohort fee of €900 in Ireland.

 

Record of Achievement Books 

The prices of our Record and Assessment books will increase slightly from the 1st of August. Note that the minimum order quantity for these books remains at 2 copies, with any subsequent order sizes also in multiples of 2.

 

Pivot Point LAB

Informed by customer feedback we’ve made the pricing more transparent and flexible. Offering the option to purchase learner licenses and Educator licenses in GBP, Euros and Rand, you will be invoiced from VTCT Skills/iTEC.

Learner Licences:

New flat rate of €35, with no minimum purchase cost.

Educator Licences:

One free educator license with every 12 learner licences purchased (also available to purchase separately).
